If you are passport holder of Canada, USA or any EU country you do not require visa to Romania.
Please, make sure that your passport is valid for more than 6 months period from the date of your entry into Romania.
Otherwise you must apply in person for visa to Romania. Please, contact your nearest Romania embassy or consulate.
